It chronicles the struggle from his peasant origins , through the adolescent years in Turkey as a petrol attendant, the entrepreneurial trials in post independence but still colonial Bombay and the eventual ascendancy to national iconic status as the chairman of Reliance..oops.... The primary reason to go for this movie was because we didn't get tickets for "The Guru'. Mani Ratnam is an all time favourite. Having not been able to see it for this long after the release was a torture indeed. Heck tried Inox and PVR but as usual if you don’t plan in advance for the weekend you don’t stand a chance of getting tickets at either of the multiplexes. the first post. you feel it should be something historical. a good sign, omen maybe. well, i never thought i would be interested in blogging. it amused me that so many people wanted the world to know what they thought. but is it really that? or is it more of a journal? if you want other people to read your blog then its a like coversation that you wanted to have but never got the oppportunity, and if you don't then its like a diary tha can be edited from anywhere and is till available for public viewing. technorati is tracking 60 million blogs!! that number boggles the mind. so, the day before i turn 27 i've decided to give up smoking. taking its place will be blogging. actually i dont know how long either of these good intentions will last, but i'm sure as hell gonna miss the smoking!
